Scriptural Encouragement & Exhortation

Titus 3:4-7 …according to His mercy…

But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercySo then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy…For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You…You, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness and truth…Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead…In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace…Who is a God like You, who pardons iniquity and passes over the rebellious act of the remnant of His possession? He does not retain His anger forever, because He delights in unchanging love. He will again have compassion on us; He will tread our iniquities under foot. Yes, You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea…As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us…By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins…In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them; In His love and in His mercy He redeemed them…For assuredly He does not give help to angels, but He gives help to the descendant of Abraham. Therefore, He had to be made like His brethren in all things, so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people…FOR I WILL BE MERCIFUL TO THEIR INIQUITIES, AND I WILL REMEMBER THEIR SINS NO MORE…Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
