God Will (part 1)

 

Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth…Then the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him."…I will put enmity Between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, and you shall bruise him on the heel…to the woman He said, "I will greatly multiply Your pain in childbirth, In pain you will bring forth children; yet your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you."…The LORD said, "I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them."…But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall enter the ark--you and your sons and your wife, and your sons' wives with you…For after seven more days, I will send rain on the earth forty days and forty nights; and I will blot out from the face of the land every living thing that I have made…The LORD smelled the soothing aroma; and the LORD said to Himself, "I will never again curse the ground on account of man, for the intent of man's heart is evil from his youth; and I will never again destroy every living thing, as I have done."…Surely I will require your lifeblood; from every beast I will require it. And from every man, from every man's brother I will require the life of man…It shall come about, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow will be seen in the cloud, and I will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and never again shall the water become a flood to destroy all flesh.
