- Matthew 6:9-13 – The Disciples
Prayer: pt15
- Yours is the kingdom and the
power…
-
- If it is a matter of power, behold, He
is the strong one!...Say to God, "How awesome are Your works! Because of the
greatness of Your power Your enemies will give feigned obedience to You. All
the earth will worship You, and will sing praises to You; They will sing
praises to Your name." Selah…do you have an arm like God, and can you thunder
with a voice like His?...The voice of the LORD is powerful, the voice of the
LORD is majestic. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; yes, the LORD
breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon…All Your works shall give thanks to
You, O LORD, and Your godly ones shall bless You. They shall speak of the
glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power; To make known to the sons of men
Your mighty acts and the glory of the majesty of Your kingdom. Your kingdom is
an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all
generations…You have by Your power redeemed Your people…We give You thanks, O
Lord God, the Almighty, who are and who were, because You have taken Your
great power and have begun to reign…Be exalted, O LORD, in Your strength; we
will sing and praise Your power…And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not
forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to
all who are to come. For Your righteousness, O God, reaches to the heavens,
You who have done great things; O God, who is like You?...Blessed be the LORD
God, the God of Israel, Who alone works wonders…power belongs to God…Now the
salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His
Christ have come.
