Bear One Another's Burdens

 

Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ…How can I alone bear the load and burden of you and your strife?...Woe to you lawyers as well! For you weigh men down with burdens hard to bear, while you yourselves will not even touch the burdens with one of your fingers…Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves. Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification…For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another…We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone…If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you…Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light…He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed…A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
