THE BLESSED – PART 1

 

How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You To dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple…Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him…How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O LORD, they walk in the light of Your countenance…Blessed is he who does not take offense at Me…How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered! How blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit…Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves, so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty…Blessed is the man whom You chasten, O LORD, And whom You teach out of Your law…Blessed are you when men hate you, and ostracize you, and insult you, and scorn your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man…O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him…How blessed is the man who has made the LORD his trust, And has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood…Praise the LORD! How blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who greatly delights in His commandments…How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, Who seek Him with all their heart…blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear…blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.
