ATTRIBUTES OF GOD: OMNISCIENCE

 

Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men, and because He did not need anyone to testify concerning man, for He Himself knew what was in man…God is greater than our heart and knows all things…If we had forgotten the name of our God or extended our hands to a strange god, would not God find this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart…O LORD, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O LORD, You know it all…And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do…“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
